2018 CONFERENCE SCHEDULE:
Although conference speakers and presenters have attested and confirmed their participation, including that the presentation titles are exactly what they will present, this schedule is still subject to change without notice; the final schedule will be published in the Conference Journal and available at the check-in.
During the conference, there will be special events (registered attendees receive automatic admission, non-registered charged a nominal fee) :

"Together We Are" a Welcome/Networking Reception on the Conference's eve, Wednesday, Oct 3, 6:30pm to 8:30pm, The Auditorium, MCNY, 60 West St. NYC (#1 Subway to Rector St.)

During the Conference, there will be a Transgender Caucus;

A Quiet Room is set aside for Mediation - provided by Kadampa Meditation Center NYC, and Reiki & Qi Gong (In Quiet Room)

Following Day 1 (Oct 4), in the evening, there will be "Our View" LGBTQ Film Forum - featuring LGBTQ+ themed shorts.
